DoTerra Earth Essence will have their pre-launch in April of 2008. Now would be a great time to join the team and become an Independent Product Consultant for doTerra.

As a consultant there are many benefits, not only will you get commission, but great bonuses and free product as well.

This program rewards customers with free product credits in return for regular monthly purchases. Consultants who enroll in DoTerra's Auto Rewards Program will receive free product credits according to length of time in the program:Months 1-6: 10% of order value in free product credits. Months 7-11: 15% of order value in free product credits. Months 12+: 20% of order value in free product credits

You will receive weekly checks and an accelerated earning period when you sponsor new Consultants. DōTerra will pay all qualified Consultants an accelerated bonus on all commissionable purchases from newly enrolled Consultants for their first 30 days. This 30 day period is called the Fast Start period.

• 20% on your 1st generation.
• 10% on your 2nd generation
• 5% on your 3rd generation
• 3% on your 4th generation

Consultants must be in the Auto Rewards Program to qualify for Fast Start Bonuses (otherwise normal uni-level commissions are paid).

With DōTerra's Power of 3 Bonus, this will be another way for qualifying consultants to accelerate their earnings and will be paid each month that the structure is maintained.

• With 9 Participants under you recive $250($500) as a Monthly Bonus
• $1,500 Bonus: Requirements-Be qualified for the $50 Bonus; Help 3 of your 1st Level Consultants each qualify for the $250/$500 Bonus; 6,000 GV Required
• With 27 Participants under you recive $1,500 as a Monthly Bonus

The program is simple:--The First 25 DoTerra Consultants, who qualify, will be recognized as "Founding Distributors of DoTerra" in each market we open and will share in 2% (Founder's Pool) of that market's year one commissionable sales and 1% of DoTerra's annual commissionable sales thereafter.

The General Requirements for Qualification are:

• Achieve 3 seperate 5,000 OGV legs.
• Achieve these legs in the first year (April '08 to March '09 for U.S. market), and hold them for 3 consecutive months.
• Maintain this level of activity (and associated pin title) for 9 out of 12 months each year.

This bonus will be paid annually.
